That’s such an important reminder — so many people give up too early because they’re comparing their day-one numbers to someone else’s year-three success. Building a loyal readership takes time, patience, and a lot of testing. The early stages are less about conversion and more about learning what truly connects. What’s been your biggest surprise since starting your own newsletter - something that worked (or flopped) when you least expected it?
This is the kind of clarity most creators never get early enough.
That's the goal.
This is such a MASSIVE resource! Thanks for putting the time in to put it together for us. A goldmine.
Thanks, man!
Really great in-depth guide to monetize your newsletter, super useful!
thanks, man!

What a thorough blueprint you are giving away here, Sharyph! Thank you for the clarity and generosity!
Thank you, Jenny 😇

Wow, this guide is pure gold.
I’m definitely reading it again, there’s so much here I can actually apply to improve my own strategy.
Thanks… glad you found it helpful 😇
Fantastic resource Sharyph. Your content is always at the highest standard but this roadmap for "Free to Paid Subscribers" is golden 👑
