Welcome to my Operation Command Center. This is where I record the progress of building my operation command center. I am building this for my brand, The Digital Creator, but I have shared below how you can set up this system for your brand as well.
Overview and my Mission
The Brand Command Canter will be the place where I do all the work, from generating ideas to creating content, repurposing, running campaigns, etc. And my mission with this system is to cut 80% of my repetitive work time and allocate that time for more creative works and building.
How to Set Up this System for your Brand
I have made it very easy to set this up. Below is the setup guide. Before you begin, the Complete system source code file is available for Paid Members only.
If you are a paid member, here is the link to download the file 👇
Setup Guide
No coding experience needed. Just follow each step in order and copy/paste exactly what’s shown. It takes about 20-30 minutes.
Before you start, create two free accounts
Supabase — supabase.com (this becomes your app’s database and login system)
Anthropic — console.anthropic.com (this powers the AI — you’ll need to add a card, since it’s pay-per-use)
Step 1 — Install two free programs
VS Code — code.visualstudio.com (where you’ll open the project)
Claude Code — search “Claude Code” in VS Code’s Extensions panel (the icon of four squares on the left sidebar) and install it
Step 2 — Unzip the project and open it
Unzip the file you downloaded. It becomes one folder. Open VS Code, click
File → Open Folder, and select that folder.
Step 3 — Open the Terminal
In VS Code, click Terminal → New Terminal. A text box opens at the bottom — this is where you’ll paste a few commands. You won’t need to understand them, just copy, paste, and press Enter.
Paste this and press Enter:
npm install -g pnpm
pnpm install
(This downloads everything the app needs to run. It may take a minute or two.)
Step 4 — Create your Supabase project
Go to supabase.com/dashboard → New project.
Give it any name, and set a password — write it down, you’ll need it in Step 6.
Wait about 2 minutes while it sets up.
Step 5 — Create your settings file
Back in the VS Code Terminal, paste and press Enter:
cp .env.example .env.local
In the file list on the left, click on the new .env.local file to open it. You’ll paste your keys into it over the next two steps.
Step 6 — Add your Supabase keys
In your Supabase project, click Settings → API.
Copy each value below into the matching line in .env.local, then save the file (Cmd/Ctrl+S):
In Supabase, copy...Paste into this line in .env.localProject

Then click Settings → Database → Connection string:

Leave NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL as it already is.
Step 7 — Add your Anthropic key
Go to console.anthropic.com → API Keys → Create Key.
Copy it into the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY line in .env.local. Save the file.
(Optional: for AI-illustrated carousel icons, get a free key at aistudio.google.com/apikey and paste it into GEMINI_API_KEY. Skip this if you don’t need it…everything else still works.)
Step 8 — One more Supabase setting
In Supabase, click Authentication → URL Configuration. Under Redirect URLs, add:
http://localhost:3000/auth/callback
Save.
Step 9 — Set up your database
Back in the VS Code Terminal:
pnpm db:migrate
This creates everything the app needs to store your data.
Step 10 — Start the app
pnpm dev
Open
http://localhost:3000
In your browser, sign up with any email and password, and you’re in. It’ll still show the original branding — that’s fixed in the next step.
Step 11 — Make it yours
In VS Code, click the Claude Code icon on the left sidebar to open it. Open the file docs/REBRAND_PROMPT.md, fill in your brand name, colors, and handle at the top of it, then copy the whole file and paste it as a message to Claude Code. It will update the app to match your brand.
When it’s done, go back to the Terminal, press Ctrl+C to stop the app, then run pnpm dev again to see your changes.
If something goes wrong
Can’t sign in / stuck on “check your email” — in Supabase, go to Authentication → Providers → Email and turn off “Confirm email.”
A command doesn’t work — make sure you’re in the right folder in the Terminal (it should show your project’s folder name).
Anything else — open Claude Code and just describe what you’re seeing. It can read the actual error and fix it for you.
Need help to implement a system like this for your brand?
The System: Brand Command Center
Update 1:
The functions included:
Here are the main functions added for this version:
Dashboard, where you can see an overview
Create a brand profile (Brand voice)
Create social media posts from newsletter/blog content
Substack Note
X Thread
LinkedIn Post
LinkedIn Newsletter
Update 2:
What is included:
Here is what comes with this update.
Dashboard view improved; you can see how many different types of posts scheduled
Added a new feature called “calendar,” where you can adjust date and time for each post type
Added a new feature called “LinkedIn Carousel,” where you can generate LinkedIn carousel from your content. This comes with dedicated post copy.
Added a new feature called “Lead Magnet”, where you can create a PDF as a lead magnet from your content.
This page will be updated once I push a new update, and if you are a paid member, you will be notified, and the full system source code will be shared with you.

This is the kind of build I like reading about, Sharyph: the step by step setup means someone with no coding background can actually follow it rather than admire it from a distance. The carousel and LinkedIn newsletter additions caught my eye, and on that note, spacing the carousel and the written post a few days apart usually gets you more mileage from the same piece. Which of the two updates has saved you the most time so far?
