Thanks, Sharyph, fantastic post with 25 really helpful pieces of advice. Obviously I'm going to focus on number 7 as the most important, but all of this is something that I'll be returning to in the future. Thank you.

Great wrap up article, Sharyph. I have a question, how do you technically define your tech stack to build your agents?

Sharyph's avatar

I have a very simple workflow, if you check Ai Agents category posts, you will understand how I create those

Interesting, with how you described it in your AI Agents category I see you are giving your subscribers the prompts to create the AI Agents, the workflows, and their training docs. Am I correct? If so, does this mean they will be creating Gems on Gemini, GPTs on Chat GPT, or Projects on Claude? Am I missing something here?

You can even see the tool I use...I used Claude Code to build agents.

Awesome annual wrap up article. I didn’t realize how many new LLMs are out, but makes sense

The world is changing fast. Need to keep up.

BUT don’t forget to get centered and still along the way 🧡🔥

Strong point. Documentation isn’t just “training data”, it’s how you spot repeatable workflows. Anything you document more than once is a signal: this should become a template, a script, or a small app.
